Called Artie. Born in Arkansas in 1850 according to 1870 and 1880 Census.
ARTIE CAMPBELL died 1880 when the twins were 1 year and 2 days old OR 2
years and 2 days old. (I heard the story both ways). JAMES POLK'S sister
ANNA HATHCOAT and his first cousin JULIET ALPHALINE ROBERTS moved in to
help with the children ANNA HATHCOAT married her first cousin MELVIN
SOLOMON ROBERTS 1881. So JAMES and his cousin JULIET ALPHALINE ROBERTS
