| At this point it is merely speculation that Hannah’s father, Joseph Smith was the son of John Smith and Mary Warner. But the possibility certainly exists to be proven or disproven. If proven, then both wives of Col. William Ball, (Mary Mildred Washington and Hannah Smith), were 2nd cousins. |
