Ordered by the court that the Sheriff of Grainger County take into his custody a female bastard child by the name of Musteen of which Susannah Musteen has been delivered and of which Joseph Jenings stands charged as the reputed father and bring her into court at the next Term of this court or so provide that she may be here on the first day of the Term to be bound out as the Law directs.
