| Civil War. CAMPBELL, Daniel R.; widow; Sarah A.; Co. D, 7 Ark Inf; Pension Application. She applied: 1907 Sharp County, Arkansas.; he died 3 Jan 1873 Mr Campbell has an abundance of records, ie 28 various record and muster cards and 4 other loose pieces of paper. They are on NARA microfilm roll #92. CAMPBELL, D.R. Cpl/Pvt Co D, 7th Arkansas Infantry, CSA Enlisted 26 Jul 1861 at Camp Shaver, Arkansas (Pocahontas, Arkansas) Appointed 2nd Cpl 26 Jul 1861. By request he was reduced to the ranks 8 Aug 1861 and detailed as a wagoner 8 Aug 1861. He returned to the company 4 Sep 1861. 31 Dec 1861 sick in the hospital at Nashville, Tennessee Aug 1862 detached as a regimental teamster. Jun 1863-Aug 1864 Absent sick in hospital. Retired to the invalid corps 2 Dec 1864 at Selma, Alabama. Admitted to Yandell Hospital, Meridian, Mississippi 17 Apr 1865. | ||||||||||||||
