Samuel W. donated an acre and a fourth to the Tolbert Masonic Lodge, on February 9, 1869. This was on the Terrell to Campground Road. A large two story building was built on this land in the 1870's. The lower floor was rented to a general merchandise store. This building was destroyed when Poetry burned in the 1920's.363
